On-Site Contingency

We offer On-Site Contingency recruiting for your resource needs.  This might be useful if you only have a few open positions and do not require someone to come on board in a contract capacity, yet still need someone on-site short term to manage the recruiting process.  This is a fee-based service.                 

Remote Contingency

Remote Contingency is best used when you have internal resources that can manage the recruiting process, yet need outside help finding and qualifying the right type of candidates. This is a fee-based service.

Contract Recruiting

Contract Recruiting is typically an on-site hourly contract for a specified period of time.  This service is useful when you have a number of positions to fill and need someone to focus on the hiring plan and manage the process.  This service can also be short term and even off-site. If for instance you need to fill the pipeline with qualified candidates or do research on competitors, this solution would work well for you.

Technical Recruiting

Technical Recruiting is focused on identifying and hiring technologist for your company. This could be On-Site Contingency, Remote Contingency, or Contract Recruiting. We have extensive experience recruiting in this area.
